Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of our solar energy projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate with engineers, sales teams, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In short, you will
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar energy projects from start to finish.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and sales, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing energy or construction projects, preferably in the solar industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in the renewable energy sector.
