Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to help grow our renewable energy business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiations.
This is a high-impact role that requires a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
In short, you will
- Develop and execute strategies for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and proposing solutions
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and finance, to ensure successful project execution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and use this knowledge to inform business development strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the renewable energy industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and close deals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
