Maintenance and Repair Technician

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with solar panels and related equipment, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

In short, you’ll

Conduct routine maintenance on solar panel systems to ensure optimal performance
Troubleshoot and repair solar panel equipment and related systems
Test and monitor the performance of solar panel systems
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems related to solar panel installations
Perform equipment upgrades and system modifications
Communicate with customers regarding service issues and provide exceptional customer service
Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
Experience in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy maintenance and repair
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
