We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with solar panels and related equipment, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
In short, you’ll
- Conduct routine maintenance on solar panel systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair solar panel equipment and related systems
- Test and monitor the performance of solar panel systems
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems related to solar panel installations
- Perform equipment upgrades and system modifications
- Communicate with customers regarding service issues and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training preferred
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, or renewable energy maintenance and repair
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
