Energy Storage Systems Specialist

Description

The Energy Storage Systems Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing energy storage systems for residential and commercial customers. The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the design and engineering teams to develop customized energy storage solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

In short, you’ll

Design and develop energy storage systems for residential and commercial customers
Work with other members of the design and engineering teams to develop customized energy storage solutions
Develop and implement testing and validation protocols to ensure energy storage systems meet all safety and performance requirements
Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in energy storage system design and development
Strong understanding of energy storage systems and related technologies, including batteries, power electronics, and inverters
Knowledge of relevant safety and performance regulations and standards
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits or meetings with clients.
